With a solid design system, bold colors and type, and future-forward elements, ALTF4 takes you to where you want to be for that solid W.
BRIEF
The gaming supplement market in the Philippines is still in its infancy stage with ALTF4 being the first to release locally. Part of their challenge is beating the stigma of gaming formulas as a high-sugar energy drink. Their goal was to launch ALTF4 as a homegrown formula made for the Filipino gamer—giving you wins through tasty, clean, and convenient sips for energy and focus.
APPROACH
As a new brand, I worked closely with our strategist and the ALTF4 team to fulfill our collective vision for the brand. We began with depicting what winning in a bottle of ALTF4 would look like—embodying play, freedom, and belonging.
Flavor & Color System — Our colors pack a punch, mirroring ALTF4’s unexpected, Filipino-rooted flavors—from fruity to bitter, sweet to sour. I created the Quadrant of Flavor™️ to map out these unique taste profiles.
Typography & Key Visuals — A bold impact sans typeface, ranging from compressed to expanded, adapts seamlessly across applications. Rhythmic keyboard smashes, an NPC character, and soft, floaty illustrations visually capture each flavor’s essence.
Logo — The key to victory through a custom typeface that embodies gaming’s digital nature and the trail to win with ALTF4.
